BOTOX®
BOTOX® Cosmetic works beneath the surface and temporarily reduces the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines in adults – to help them look better. Treatment requires minimal downtime. You can return to your daily routine immediately after you leave. You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines with peak action at 2 weeks. It delivers predictable, subtle results, so you look like you, only with less noticeable facial lines. BOTOX® Cosmetic was the first FDA approved injectable which has led the way for new treatments as well.
Xeomin®
XEOMIN® (incobotulinumtoxinA) for injection, for intramuscular use is indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines) with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients. Xeomin can also treat many other areas including crows feet and forehead lines. Xeomin® is unique. It was the first clinically proven anti-wrinkle injection uniquely purified to remove proteins unnecessary for treatment which is why it is considered the “pure” toxin. You will notice mild softening of lines 3-4 days post injection with the peak of action at 2 weeks post-treatment so you have a natural change.
Dysport®
Dysport® (abobotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator injectable treatment for the temporary improvement of the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines) between the eyebrows and other concerning lines in adults. When a neuromodulator is injected into underlying muscle tissue, it causes the muscle to relax and gradually smooth out the appearance of wrinkles. Dysport is fast-acting and has been shown to see improvement in their wrinkles in as little as 2-3 days and can last up to 5 months. Dysport is an excellent choice for people who exercise daily and/or are athletes.
Daxxify®
DAXXIFY® (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is FDA approved to smooth moderate to severe lines between the brows. It is the only frown line treatment powered by a peptide.
The active ingredient in DAXXIFY® is a purified protein called botulinum toxin type A.
DAXXIFY® is the only frown line treatment powered by a peptide. It’s fast acting, long lasting and slow to wear off.
All frown line treatments require a special ingredient to stabilize botulinum toxin A, the protein responsible for helping smooth moderate to severe frown lines. For instance, Botox® Cosmetic uses human serum albumin (HSA), a blood product, as its stabilizer. Dysport®, another frown line treatment, uses HSA as a stabilizer and cow’s milk protein as a protectant.
DAXXIFY® is unique because it is the only formulation that uses a novel peptide as a stabilizer and does not contain human or animal byproducts.
Given at Daxxi (High) dosing results can last up to 6+ months, but Daxxi can also be given at regular dosing so that it lasts the same as your other favorite neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport.

Dermal fillers are made out of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) such as Juvederm, Restylane, Versa, RHA, Beletero etc.; Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHa) such as Radiesse; and Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) such as Sculptra. We currently offer HA fillers here at Alpenglow Aesthetique, but may offer other options in the near future.
