Erika Peschel is the founder and lead practitioner of Alpenglow Aesthetique, a Medical Spa boutique on Snoqualmie Ridge. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice from Washington State University. A native of the Snoqualmie Valley, she grew up in North Bend where she has recently moved back to raise her family at the base of beautiful Mount Si.
With over 17 years of medical experience encompassing Aesthetic Medicine, Burn Trauma, Plastic Surgery, IV Team and PICC nurse, Veteran Care, Medical, Surgical, and Psychiatric Care, Family Medicine, Women’s Health and Maternity Care, she has decided to dedicate her medical passion towards the benefits of transcendent aesthetic care and wellness which paved the way for Alpenglow Aesthetique to rise into focus.
Erika is very patient centric and always wants her patients to be happy with their care and results. She feels like her patients become her family and friends and she is grateful when they continue choosing her for their treatments.
Too often we have dreams and desires that are simply that, and they drift away like a whisper in the wind. I myself have had many dreams that never came to fruition, and opening my own clinic was a dream I thought would most likely be that whisper in the wind. However, loss of a loved one can hit you like a ton of bricks and kick your butt into gear to help you see that if you don’t make those hopes and dreams come true, you might run out of time before you ever got the chance.
Some people may look at my website and think “Alpenglow” what does a reddish pink glow on a mountain have to do with a medspa or IV therapy? I would tell them that an Aplenglow represents beauty and peace. When I see that beautiful glow on the rock face of Mount Si, I feel at peace and I just gaze in awe at natures beauty. Therefore how fitting to name something that gives me such a good feeling after the clinic of my hopes and dreams.
I want my patients to come and put their trust in me because I will always have their best interest at hand. I want to give people pease in their appearance, peace in their wellness journey. I believe the treatments I have chosen for my very special clinic will give people that peace that they are looking for.

Jenna Bluett, ME
With six years of experience in the beauty industry, my journey began as a receptionist in local hair salons, where I developed a deep passion for helping people feel their best. This passion for skin health led me to pursue a career in esthetics. After obtaining my esthetician license, I advanced my education by completing the Master esthetician program at the Washington Laser Institute. There, I trained under a physician, gaining in-depth knowledge of skin health and mastering advanced treatments using laser technology. During my time at the institute, I also earned my phlebotomy certification, further expanding my expertise.
My goal as a Master Esthetician is to provide each client with personalized care, ensuring they feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident in their skin. I am committed to both treatment and education, empowering clients with the knowledge they need to achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy cooking, crafting, and spending time with friends and family, and taking walks with my dog, Sully.

Outside of work Nichole is a mother to three, a wife, and a business entrepreneur herself.

Janine is another one of our brilliant clinic staff you will see as you walk in to Aplenglow Aesthetique. Janine is very patient focused and loves finding out how she can help guide patients best in the aesthetic space.
Janine is another local valley mother of two, wife, entrepreneur – owning a photography business, and enjoys a great book and good conversation.
Sara Lentgis
Meet Sara! With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, she recently decided to shift gears and focus on spending more quality time with her son and family, stepping back from the corporate grind. Sara is passionate about the Snoqualmie Valley, and her goal is to help all the wonderful people here find the perfect provider for their needs.
When she’s not helping others feel their best, Sara enjoys gardening, raising chickens, and soaking in everything the beautiful PNW outdoors has to offer.
