Yes! If you are not ready to try a service but just want a consult you can book an appointment and we can go over pros, cons, risks, benefits, questions, concerns and what the right treament is for you. Consultation Fee applies.
Are IV Vitamin Infusions safe and effective?
Yes, IV therapy provides fluids, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients directly into your blood stream which means it bypasses the gastrointestinal system and gets straight to where your cells need it. Whatever your body doesn’t need you will eliminate mostly through your urine, but also through stools and sweat.
My urine is very yellow after my infusion, is this normal?
Yes! Vitamin B12 (which is very yellow) gets flushed out through your urine so you may have some bright colored urine for the next couple of days.
IV Vitamin infusions can be expensive, can I get Vitamin Shots in place of the IV infusion?
Vitamin shots will not replace the abundance of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients given through an IV but it can definitely supplement in between infusions. Some vitamin shots (such as Vitamin D3) can only be given via IM injection because it is a fat soluble vitamin and will not get flushed out like a water soluble vitamin as are in IV infusions.

Botulinum Toxin Type A sounds like a scary Toxin, is it safe to inject into my face?
Yes! Research has found so many benefits to getting VERY small doses of Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) injected into your face as well as other areas of the body. Botox can help minimize fine lines and wrinkles, in turn preserving beauty and youthfulness, but it can also be very beneficial for migraines, headaches, jaw clenching, sweating, depression, and more.
Is there anything I should do to prep for my Microneedling facial treatment?
The recommendation prior to getting more intensive treatments is to have skin that is ready to take it. We recommend you are on a medical grade skin care regimen, such as the ZO Skin Health “Getting Skin Ready” line for 3-6 weeks prior to getting a microneedling treatment. If you have been doing a different medical grade skin care regimen we can do it sooner, depending, but the skin needs to be prepped and ready for this type of treatment. Plus you will see MUCH better results if ready for it.
Please also stop using any retinol or tretinoin products 2 days prior to treatment. Unfortunately anyone taking oral Accutane should not get any intense facial treatments like microneedling and should be off of it for one full year prior to treatment.
How can there be a no peel chemical peel?
The “Italian Peel” or PRX Derm Perfexion is a no-peel chemical peel. This treatment gives you all the benefits of a chemical peel without all the sloughing skin. You will see immediate results that will get better with each treatment. Recommendation is 4 treatments one week apart.
Are you open on the weekends?
We are not “open” on the weekends but will host small groups for IV therapy, Botox, and more if scheduled in advance and approved by the medical provider. Contact us for more information.
